Metal Finishing is a vital part of all manufacturing industries. The processes involved are generally foreign to most mechanical engineers. We offer a complete service including transport, technical competence and on time deliveries. The majority of our customers need our technical help in interpreting the end user requirements. We pride ourselves and have a reputation for solving process challenges that our competitors shy away from.

There is a constant need to provide environmentally friendly and highly durable processes to maximise product durability and minimise cost and environmental impact. In the automotive industry recyclability is also becoming a key factor.

SPECIALIST PRODUCTS
We offer a high quality “one stop shop” to most of our key customers. We have, and continue to invest in equipment, personnel and systems to produce the best possible service. We are also developing unique processes with trade names where possible as follows:

Hexavalent Chromium Free Processes: We have been selected, approved and licensed by Macdermid to run the “ZinKlad” range of processes.

Combination Coatings: We are able to combine a range of electroplated substrates with an electrophoretic paint top coat to produce a uniform black finish that yields exceptionally high corrosion resistance.

Eposeal: A process designed for screw manufacturers. Currently being developed and upgrading to Eposeal 500.

OUR VISION
We are developing long term trading agreements with our key customers based on cost reduction, quality, on time delivery and environmental awareness. We hope to achieve this through investment in new process technology, environmental and energy management systems and waste reduction.
