The late Tom Bayston founded T W Bayston Ltd in 1945. The company provides metal finishing services notably electro-plating, electrophoretic painting and chemical processes to industrial based customers. Initially involved in precious metal and chrome plating, the company soon focused on supplying corrosion resistant finishes. Quality and reliability have always been key words at TWB and it is no surprise to hear that TW Bayston Ltd was the first finishing company in Europe to achieve QS 9000 Quality standard in 1997. The Managing Director, John Bayston is determined to pursue the high standards set by his father. The company now has its own factory and office site of about 32,000 sq ft. in Cheltenham. It has convenient access to the motorway networks and its fleet of vehicles currently service the catchments of Coventry, Birmingham, Redditch, South Wales, Oxford, Swindon, Gloucester, Stroud and Bristol.
